Order FAQ's

1) How many photos do I need to provide?

You can give upto 300 photos for making your Mosaic Poster. We will need at least 30 photos to make your poster. 

2) Which type of photos can I provide?

You can give any type of photos which you want to see in your poster. The poster is yours, truly! You can also give your old scanned photos. Please try to give less group photos. Give as many selfies as possible.

3) How do I give my photos?

You can upload your photos to Google Drive / Dropbox / Google Photos and share that link in Order Notes when you place your order. You can also email the pictures at support@customgrace.com

6) Do you provide a frame with the poster?

Poster is rolled and shipped. Frame is not included. Poster can be conveniently framed at a local shop.

7) How much time it will take to receive the poster to my address?

It will take 2-3 business days to make the poster samples. Once samples are confirmed, its shipped in 1-2 days. It is sent by UPS. USA orders are mostly delivered in 2 to 5 days
